I didn´t think I had to publish this, but sadly enough I am finding people falling apart and disconnecting themselves from their essence BECAUSE they listened to others who influenced them negatively.
This is a year of self-empowerment, of reclaiming our power from external forces. Self-empowerment means to GROW UP and become adults by taking responsibility of our lives, our choices, our path.

When you take on board a negative influence from others upon you, you disconnect from your essence and you fall into self-doubting. Self doubt is the easiest way to trip you out of alignment with your core Essence.
