Day 10 “Yes I Love You”, 21 day Practice
Love is the healing medicine of the Soul. When we love, we cannot get sick on a soul level. We swim in spiritual nectar of the highest level when we immerse ourselves in the waves of Love.
Today, I remember that I am Love … and to all the cells, glands, functions, systems of my organism I say: “Yes, I love you” and I allow this balm to reach the deepest part of my physical, emotional, mental, subtle and spiritual bodies.
May Love remember the union between the Mind, the body and the Spirit, reestablishing the order and the correct rhythm in the flow of information and vibration between each other …
