SPIRITUAL COACHING SESSION

A session in which we address your objectives on your spiritual path (*) and together we discover the blockages, resistances, confusions or situations that have prevented you from achieving them to date.

We will also work to explore the nature of these objectives and whether they are really yours and whether they are aligned with your greater purpose, helping you to find clarity in this regard, which can open the way for you where you previously perceived blockage or stagnation.

A session in which you can talk about what you may not be able to share with others about your deep spiritual interests, your doubts, concerns or even fears.

A session that hopes to bring you clarity, soul-to-soul accompaniment and help you find the meaning and purpose of your spiritual journey in moments of confusion or in periods in which life or the spiritual path itself puts us to the test.

In the session we address your spiritual path from your values ​​and the spiritual traditions with which you are related. These sessions are never the imposition of a path, method or spiritual tradition of the Coach.

We will seek to clarify and enhance your gifts and strengths so that you can use them in a solid and stable way to build the foundations you need to continue or reorient your spiritual path based on your goals and current values.

Together we can explore practices related to your spiritual tradition that could help you reach your next level on the path.

(*) A spiritual path can be understood as the spiritual dimension of our life path that, depending on the tradition we follow or with which we feel more in tune, involves going from a beginning, a development and the achievement of a greater spiritual objective, even when some traditions consider that there is no “I” to reach any objective. To reach that understanding, there is, however, a whole journey with its traps, blockages, detours, experiences of all kinds that we can explore in these sessions, if you wish.

• Spiritual Coaching session
• Distance session via Skype, phone, or Zoom as agreed
• Approximate time: 1h to 1.30h
• Who is your Coach? With training in Counselling and Life Coaching and Advanced Life Coaching and personal experience of more than 24 years actively on the spiritual path.
• Requirements: both parties need to be in “rapport” for the sessions to prosper. “Rapport” is the minimum connection between two people to be able to have a relationship in this case therapeutic. Respect, sincere interest, attentive listening, unconditional and judgment-free positive acceptance, commitment on the part of both to the purposes for which this connection is established, are key for that harmony to occur in the relationship.
