In this manual, we address the study/analysis of the impact on us of the secrets that circulate in our families and lineages, and that can encompass all spheres of our lives: from “romantic” secrets, behavioral secrets, business secrets, health-related secrets, or anything that we, our relatives, and ancestors have turned into a secret whose traces we can somatize in our lives and suffer in the form of self-sabotage, self-punishment, patterns of sacrifice, and toxic loyalties.

The document contains general information on the types of secrets we will encounter when analyzing this parameter in our sessions, as well as a protocol with questions and answers that we will find in the appendix and that will help us tailor a session to our findings.

The purpose of this manual is NOT to stir up morbidity or gossip, but rather to provide relief to people who consciously or unconsciously suffer from the weight of secrets that have circulated, and perhaps still circulate, in their family tree. These secrets can be “somatized” in various ways by those who suffer from carrying them, or parts of them.
