Life Coaching Session
Life coaching sessions are aimed at supporting you on all levels to reach your goals and aspirations. We will explore with you your gifts and talents, your inner and outer resources and will establish a working plan with you to help you move efficiently in the direction of your goals.
During the session and in between sessions you will be supported vibrationally to help you achieve your goals and ambitions.
We will challenge you, give you home work so that you manage to fulfill your dreams.
We are trained in Life Coaching and Advanced Life Coaching by the SNHS, London, UK and as Professional Counsellor at the Australian institute of Professional Counsellors, AIPC.
